HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Run service calls and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Offer technical support and training to other technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing job details and necessary updates.
- Document job information accurately and ensure clear communication with clients.
- Present equipment upgrade recommendations and provide value-driven solutions to customers.
- Attend company and manufacturer training sessions to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience running service calls independently
- Ability to provide technical support and training to other technicians
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
