Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water heater problems
• Present repair or replacement options to clients with clarity and professionalism
• Deliver 5-star service and build lasting customer relationships
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Document job details, invoice summaries, and estimates in ServiceTitan

What You Will Bring:

• Residential plumbing experience, especially in service and repair
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with face-to-face customer sales (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
