Duct Cleaner / Install Helper

• Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential HVAC duct cleaning services with attention to detail and safety.
• Assist HVAC installation team with equipment setup and job site preparation.
• Deliver 5-star service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Document job details and service summaries in ServiceTitan.

What You Will Bring:

• No prior HVAC experience required, but an interest to start a career in the trades
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
• Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
